Yes, I left the "Data Enabled" box checked throughout. I was just switching between the "Network Mode" options to see if there was any correlation between LTE and wifi. Also, I edited my post after I rebooted and had a successful delivery.

I hear you. My Driod X could do it just fine though! I think I might have mentioned this already, but if it were possible to send MMS through wifi I would be a T-Mobile customer right now. They don't have coverage in my area and the data roaming agreement that they have did not let me send or receive MMS. Most of their phones had a wifi app that would let them use wifi for MMS, but that app is not available for the Nexus 4...
