For some strange reason, on my HTC One X (Endeavoru) I have got all my sensors turned off. My phone is rooted, installed with Cyanogenmod 11 Nightly (latest Nightly Bulid).
The last thing I can suspect as culprit is an application I installed "Battery Benchmark", I made it to stop and latter uninstalled; since then no sensor is working.

Any manual way to turn my sensors ON, or atleast can know their health status checked?

Use a freshly installed ROM first with a full wipe first then check your sensors with an all from play store , if they still off then you mostly being affected with damaged ones ,

Thanks for your response.
I will consider it as last resort. But for now, need some solution without loosing data.
Have read somewhere that some set of linux commands may turn sensors on or off VIA terminal service. "Can anyone help on that??"
