I have the zdfe02 firmware. Can i or should i update it? Will it make any actual difference? I really was expecting more from the camera (and yes, i know its a phone and not an actual camera but phones these days take great pictures)
try to use low light or night mode pics are great, but u have to be still, for outdoor there's no need to comment about the pics. they are amazing

That helps a little bit in some cases, but it still shows grain in some more well lit areas or sometimes it just shows washed out colors ( i noticed that now recently in comparisson made by websites with other phones such as the iphone 5). I have seen that there are some mods for the camera, but i havent messed with that because to be honest i don't know how to do it(i have to do some reading) or which mod to use.
It might make a difference, but i don't have such high hopes since the sensor is still the one that takes less quality pics

Just curious, does anyone with a s3 LTE/i9305 has a sony/gdf sensor? I have a s3 lte and i have the samsung/zdf sensor and i was wondering if anyone with this model has the sony sensor since it was a model produced months after the 3g s3 and probably after samsung changed their camera modules.
Im just asking because i might have to return my phone because its presenting some issues and i was wondering if there is any probability of the replacement having a sony sensor.

Hey all, my pictures are crazy blurry, you can check this thread for some examples http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1752846

I have the ZDF camera, and I think I have a bad sensor, so two questions.
1-) Is the senor in the camera module? or is it on the main board of the phone?
2-) I have the US TMo version of the sgs3. I have checked with another friend with the TMo version, and he has the same ZDF. Can the Tmo/US version take either camera module? or do I need to replace my camera module with another ZDF camera module?

Thanks
