Safestrap booting into stock Rom instead of hyperdrive slot

Like the title reads,I installed hyperdrive in a Rom slot in safestrap, it seemed to work fine, the md5 checked out, but when I rebooted, it booted into the stock slot, what did of do wrong?

if you using HD16 or 16.1 you CAN NOT use rom slots, it must be installed stock rom...this is a short coming of using safestrap 3.72 that was released for ATT S4 but is partially functional on verizon

I have no idea how you missed this
