PacMan ROM - will not save APN

I just rooted my phone last week, been trying to find a solutions without success, I tried the PACMAN rom and everything looks really good but I'm unable to save APN's... Would someone please point me in the right direction... It appears as if I have absolutely no antenna signal, other than that everything is okay...

I swapped out SIM cards and still the same problem.

I had the same issue hopefully someone can chime in and tell us what to do to fix the problem.

Have you tried flashing the modem?

what recovery and version # are you using? I use twrp 2.7.0.1
