My settings will not stick. Tried FauxClock, Rom tool box, CPU MASTER, and SetCPU...Any ideas ?

I do not have them all installed at once. I tried one and then uninstalled and installed another. I also did click on apply on boot.
Still nothing.

Faux clock and setcpu work fine for me. Set to what you desire check set on boot then reboot. You may need to reboot recovery and clear cache an dalvik if you been playing around with a lot.

I personally don't have the issue of call echo with v2.1. But I did want to give you props on stating your issue along with your settings so the team didn't need to spend the time up front finding that out.

In call settings do you have your noise reduction checked or unchecked.... Try each and see if that helps...This has made a difference prior for me. Mine is checked now with currently no issue...However each chip is not made equal so they say...

What rom are u using, is it compatible with the kernel? Try rebooting the phone.

Darthstalkers v9 and my phone is stuck on edge no 4g and i wiped cache and dalvik, and having a few random reboots with the phone freezing.i have been using it since 1 hour and 28 minutes.

If IMEI is lost then you need to read up on how to get it back. Your issues are not normal and don't sound kernel related. Sounds like you flashed too much stuff and now have messed up your system.

Yuck, darthstalker rom...lol. Anyway, seriously Did you check md5 of the rom was correct? Did you come from stock rom, or aokp or cm10 rom? How did u install? Clean wipe? Did you check md5 of kernel? Did you wipe cache and dalvik before installing? Do you use clocking app to adjust the kernel speeds? If your only getting edge check to be sure you didn't loose IMEI. If you did NOT then I think you need to start fresh. Factory reset flash rom, let sit five minutes reboot into recovery, flash this kernel then reboot, set device to your liking then reboot.

We have the same rom. What I did was manually change network type to wdcma only then change it back to auto. Then 4g came back.

Darthstalkers is the best rom i have ever installed in my phone that said yes i have wiped cache and dalvik i have checked everything and its all ok i have never had a problem with eny other kernel don't know why but my phone dosnt like wicked rom frosty or Jedi and im a fan of ptmr3 my wife is still using his blazer rom.don't know why I'm having this problem.

Voltage will be addressed guys by you also have to realize that undervolting is actually bad for your system. Certain frequencies need a certain voltage to actually function efficiently. At a certain point all you are doing reducing performance and making your processor struggle to full fill tasks
