i got this for like 2 hours and no luck

ohhh dude, your the man, so easy to s-off and quick too. For mi cid vodap304 only necesary step 2, stopped at the end like you sad, i removed the battery, turn it on then i run revolutionary, i make it s-off and at the end revolutionary offers you the opcion to install cwm.
P.S: the server where are the files uploaded is a pain in the ***. I`ve tryed to start the download at least 30 min cuz the server sad is overloaded and when the download started ,i was downloading at 50kb/s at max.
But i have s-off and i thank you for that.

i can't download from this server at all !!!! and when the download started it says error when i extract it TT-TT
spend the whole day trying to download the file

too big for mediafire. I have no premium account there...
on which softwareversion have you been? Normally step1 is always necessary.

If you is branded by any other carrier then vodafone, this won't work. (Unbranded Device's too)
Why is that so? Because it is not possible til now to debrand your device.
I have tried plenty things with some friends, sadly no luck at all.
CID changing does not work for branded devices, if there is not more than one RUU.
Unbranded:

If your cid is not on the list, you cannot downgrade your device yet.
How to:
- Download this Tool for an unbranded device
- Download this Tool for a vodafone branded device
- Download this Tool for a vodafone branded device with CID VODAP120 OR VODAP203!
- RUN Step1.exe
- RUN Step2.exe
- RUN Step3.exe
It might stuck at the very end of the procedure.
Don't worry, it's okay. Just remove battery and reboot.
