I'm sorry, maybe I have not explained.
In my phone, I have the slim rom with modem XXBMD5.

I would like to install this rom.

My question is:
If install Liquid rom 3.0, change modem ?
If yes, which modem inside ?

Thank you.:):)

Your modem won't change, you will have the same modem after installing any other aosp rom, unless you intent to flash another modem then you use normally. The modem that you had with android 4.3 (assuming your previous rom version) before android 4.4.2 will stay always with any rom you install, unless you flash specific another modem version for your device. For example, when i was on android 4.3 my modem was xxuemk1. After i flashed custom rom 4.4.2 its still xxuemk1, it didnt change :)

No modem included in ANY aosp-based roms for i9305.

Because u started an official ROM thread and are not a member of the team. Did someone from the team give you permission to start the thread?

I appreciate your honesty. Generally we let the device maintainers start and manage official threads. The right thing to do is transfer ownership to @johnnyslt the i9305 maintainer

i thought that it was called official because it was made by a team member of liquidsmooth and didnt know had to ask for permission to post official thread :p

one more thing ive learned today!

It just makes more sense. Unless you know of any changes. Can report and/or address and repair issues really no point and generally not a rule set in stone but out of respect one should get perms from the team to post an official thread. Now if you built it yourself and wanna share your efforts an unofficial thread prolly would have went through without issue

The thing is, the development forum is made so that developers start their own thread when they think the quality of the ROM is ready for release.

Starting a thread here could cause problems, even brick devices, and all could fall on you.

Dev`ing isn't just starting threads or making builds !

You intention was good, but wrong things could have happened.

Awesome ROM! But has the mobile data WiFi bug at this moment in time, once that is fixed it will be one of the fastest & smoothest ROMs around!

What, exactly, did you interpret the word "official" to mean?
