It's a Jelly Bean look-alike theme. Install as usual, select in theme chooser and reboot. Recommended additional installs: Holo launcher.

Important
For users getting "improperly compiled" error:

* First change to the default "system" theme and restart
* Apply my theme and restart

If that doesn't works -

* Download a Resolution (DPI) changer app like this
* Open the app and change DPI to 240 and reboot
* Apply theme
* Change DPI back to 160 and reboot again.

Please note -
The notification bar time-date, settings and clear button are not included in the theme. To get that you have to patch your system files. For more details visit this thread.
Also, the dialer is a JB style modded Phone.apk which you can get by flashing this zip or make your own patch (recommended) using JBPhone_Patcher

hdpi only ? will it work on mdpi too ?

For now, yes it's HDPI only.

**Update: MDPI support added

i am using CM10
thanks becouse most of the senior developer moved to CM9/CM10
and no one is developing for CM7 these days

CM10 is available for my phone as well but it's quite slow and unstable in comparison to CM7 (as will be the case for most >=512mb RAM, BL locked devices) also ICS/JB brought so much UI improvements I find it near flawless so I'm sticking to theming GB (which still has a large user base) until I get a Nexus :)

Great theme... only problem I have is white on white text when setting hours within Jorte calendar with dark theme (doesn't happen with other themes though): any hint on how to fix it?

Okay so the problem is that the app is using 'button text' in that text field.
What it means is that themes whose buttons have black text like this

Will display it properly but my theme has white text on buttons

that's why it's showing white on white. So the problem is with the app since its not supposed to use button text on text field :)
Still I'll try to change it from white to some type of grey so that it'll be somewhat visible in that app.

Updated again. If this doesn't works, MDPI support will be ceased. Sorry.

* Also contains minor changes for HDPI
The white on white textbox for Juarte calender app should be visible now by tapping and its generally more visible than before. This is what I can offer but the fix has to come from the app itself.

Ah this is embarrassing. So it turns out that this is a common problem and can be fixed by doing the following -

For MDPI users getting "improperly compiled" error:

* First change to the default "system" theme and restart
* Apply my theme and restart

If that don't work -

* Download a Resolution (DPI) changer app like this
* Open the app and change DPI to 240 and reboot
* Apply theme
* Change DPI back to 160 and reboot again.
