Update radio firmware while s on

I get terrible call quality so i want to update my radio, being s on i am going to need to this by RUU.

my cid HTC_001 and my current radio is the one that comes with the following ruu

RUU_PYRAMID_ICS_HTC_Europe_3.32.401.5_Radio_11.69. 3504.00U_11.22.3504.07_M_release_246089_signed.exe

Will i then be able to flash this ruu

RUU_PYRAMID_ICS_HTC_Europe_3.33.401.53_Radio_11.76 A.3504.00U_11.24A.3504.31_M_release_280871_signed. exe

and hopefully get a better radio.

Provided i flash stock fw and relock the bootloader ?

Is this right?

Is the the latest and best radio for me? also?

you have to S-OFF to update your firmware as far as i know...

you can upgrade you radio in that way(by using a ruu.exe)
