the Neo V has the same chipset as our XPlay right? this one is running on ICS but can still play HD games smoothly

Ok,
People, ics wasn't released on ics because of hardware issues.
It was because of major incompatibility with the game pad and games. (mainly touchpads).
People, please stop complaining about ics not coming because of hardware
