Just bought an AT&T variant today, SM-P907A. This thing is sick! Finally, something to replace my Nexus 10 that's actually better than the Nexus 10, and LTE to boot. I'm totally over WiFi-only tablets.

907a... best way to buy a tan is through a carrier imho.... no regrets with this tab. . Absolutely love it. .I had the 10.1 tab pro before this and a iPad air.. this thing buries them both

LTE not required. I tether when needed and use wifi else where.

Personally, I'm over WiFi-only tablets. Tethering is a pain for me because I always forget about it, pull my phone out 3 hours later and have a nearly dead battery. In the end, the way I see it is this:

If you tether quite a bit, you're using that extra data on your mobile plan anyway, so you'll have to up your phone's data allowance. The convenience of having a tablet that's always connected is totally worth the extra up front cost for me. And monthly, it costs me an extra $10 per month to add the Note Pro to my existing AT&T data plan, so I'm OK with that.
