Help please !! Cannot find network unlock screen (to unlock AT&T phone)

Hey guys / LeStat,
I have Lestatious Biohazard 4.2 on my LG Thrill 4G (AT&T) and got an unlock code from eBay but even after I've put in a different simcard I can't see that damn screen which asks for the network unlock pin.
And ofcourse it doesn't let me dial any number with the SIM (says No Network or something).
On starting the phone I do see a message at the bottom of the screen saying "Network locked" but that's it.

I even tried entering the numbers given in this link in the dialer but it didn't go to the unlock screen....

Do you all know of any way to enter the network unlock code into the LG Thrill 4G AT&T with Biohazard 4.2 ROM ?? From the terminal or some settings or elsewhere ?

Been a while, but if it says it's a p920 in the settings, replace 925 with 920 in your code to get to the unlock screen. I was running a 920 tom when I unlocked mine.
