Yep of course: as I said, it's already extremely close to diffraction limit in this perfect scenario with better parameters (f/2.0 instead of f/2.4). So I think it's definitely diffraction limited even if you look at the perfect/unrealistic case with correct parameters (13.1MP, f/2.0, 1/3").

I found this video today, what does everyone think about this?? HTC mocking themselves by specifically setting up a booth to show off the camera and the pictures turn out like this.

I am sure you will all find out soon enoug. Once dxo labs does it's sensor testing then the verdict will be out. If the new HTC One is better than the HTC-8X, then it will be fine and so will all of you.

To date no sensor on a phone is better than the pureview and that has been proven by science.
