I`m getting boot loop when i try all packege in one , on sk17 . I tryed to clear dalvin , data , etc. nothing only boot loop

Hello, I installed these mods on my Sk17 but I have a big problem now, everytime I try to call someone the app get force close, is there any way to fix it? Or can someone at least share the original stock contacts; phone apk for me? Thanks in advance

First image icons are in infinite view. The second image blue icon is in phonebook " spb_contact_photo_default_0_icn.png"
The frame around the photo can be found in framework-res starts with quickcontact-badge-.....something
