Ok, I did it and am loving it so far! Oh I did a full wipe too, finally decided it wasn't that bad, plus I have a nand b-up and restored it to be sure. My thing is, when I reinstall my apps from TiBu if I do data too some apps don't work. Is this because of previous HC?
And I take it since I was on HC before, restoring just /data in recovery isn't a good idea.

EDIT

Ok so I am over the fear of screwing things up and the anxiety of having to start over on all my previous apps stuff, I restored /data and got a boot loop, so I take it previous HC screwed that up. No problem, wiped again and reflashed. Still wondering about TiBu though.

Still having an issue that I've had for the past several releases. Play store still says apps that are very much compatible with my device, aren't compatible. This issue want present in initial builds as I used these apps on the earlier builds. Also certain HD apps won't even show when searched for. Any help would be appreciated.

This should automatically happen provided you have it setup to auto backup your stuff in the Privacy menu in Settings. When you flash from a wipe and do not restore Data, it will ask if you would like to restore from the back up Google made.

Hi Civ.
Great ROM. For me, so far so good, I have no issues at the time being.
From R11 I do all your instruction, faslh ROM first, reboot. Flash add-on,theme and advanced restore data. Reboot. Everything is ok, smoothly,fast,battery is longer.
Thnks for your hard work and give the users the chance to make a500 better.

Thanks Civato and all those that helped making this great rom reality.
Did a complete wipe and installed data only from a R12 nandroid and everything works 100%.
Fast, smooth and stable.
If you guys had a wish list, the only thing I would wish for were the capability of putting only URLs of my choosing on the Acer Ring.

For url's on the Acer ring, when you save a bookmark, choose local for the account and it will be on the ring.

Thanks Ziggy34. I was (am) using Dolphin, but after your tip I tried the default browser and that solved the problem.
Man this rom is just getting better by the day

I second the ability to choose google account bookmarks on the acer ring. I'd also like reboot options when I hold the power button, instead of a separate app, like on my phone.

But other than that, R12.5, moded just the way I like it (looking as stock ICS as possible), is the best and fastest rom I've used. Great job, civato!

Try the tweaked4 kernel for HC bootloader users. I removed the idle power state , it was not present on HC 3.2.1 kernels.

IO-speed , read/write speed , build in cif module load ( if it works was in tweaked 3 also) and idle power setting changed to HC3.2.1 in the hope SoD is gone for all users.

It is a setting in ICS stock kernel , I removed it so it got the same power managments as the HC 3.2.1 kernel , in the hope solving SoD for all users , because some still have it.
