how to add recent app windows

Hello,

I wana ask if any 1 know how to add a a icon with a button that runs
recent app window (the window that shows when you long press the home button on s3?
I saw that on my note with sweet rom. Hope someone can help me .

I have Nova Launcher installed.

Long Press on desktop
--> Nova Actions
--> Recent Apps

This places a button on desktop that would open up recent apps.
