On official ICS it seems the known root methode doesnt root all the way. Titanium Backup app mentions this. Maybe this is the problem?

After installing a custom kernel Titanium Backup was able to correct su from 0:2000 [6755] to 0:0 [6755].

No problems after that for me. But im not shure how to test if the script is running. I used SManager method not flashable zip.
