[Q] ROM Flash help

hi,
im new here and i hope im not breaking any rules

i got htc sxl with android 2.3.5 and i see many 4.x.x roms here for this phone.

but i cant understand how to flash it.
most of them say to put the ROM on the sd card and boot the phone in recovery mode and start it. and so on..
BUT i dont have an SD CARD slot.
is there any program that i can flash my phone via pc? like theres RKbactch tool for rk cpus, livesuit for allwinner, etc..

*cuz my power button is broken, im asking i can flash a rom via pc, and configure, lets say vol button to wake phone up.*

i managed to overcome this problem myself. since no1 wanna help ?
but i got another and more serious problem: i think i bricked my phone
ill open a new thread

Hi,
You mentioned your power button is broken and you bricked your phone. please tell me how you fixed it?
I have broken volume down key so I can't boot bootloader.
