Has anyone ordered the mugen power extended battery case. Imwondering if it will fit tmobilehd2 due to the slight difference in size. I know that a lot of us are looking for a case for an extended battery. It's avail. At mugenpower.net

Is that a slim battery that fits inside the HD2's original case? Did you buy this battery? If so how do you like it?

Does anybody know of an extended battery that fits inside the HD2's original case?

There are non Mugenpower 2600 mAH battery on ebay for only $9. I know they are not as good. But has anyone used these? How bad are they?

i purchased these (ebay link) and their there 2600 generic versions, (ignore the 2400. seller said he out of them) and they work amazingly.

typoons android gets me about 6 days of medium usage (i burn through about 2gb, 1000 minutes, and 7-9000txt a month...so do the math).

You need to update your profile with the country and mobile carrier, and put the details of your HD2 in your signature.

I mention this because if you are in the US with T-Mobile, that battery will most likely not fit your case. T-Mobile HD2 are NOT T8585

How can that be? I read a lot of posts about the official htc extended battery. They can only last < 3 days (but I guess it's on the official ROM).

Is your phone T-mobile HD2 or HTC HD2? stevedebi said it may not fit T-moible.

Also don't quite understand you saying "their there 2600 generic". The link you gave says "2400". Did you mean that the seller will actually ship out 2600?

I thought eBay battery were fakes and didn't work because its just 2 battery packed into one and you need to remove and reinsert the battery when the battery dies?

Can someone comment on this? Cuz im looking to get a working extended battery thats not going to break the bank.

Many XDA members have bought cheap HD2 batteries from ebay, dealextreme etc and all said that they were fake batteries with LOWER mAh ratings than the stock battery. I find it hard to believe that the battery in the link you provided is different.

The ones with the extended back batteries are probably legit - they have the size of two standard batteries, and that is about twice the normal 1230 mA.

However this is not for USTMO.

As far as i can see, only the very cheap ones seem to have the problem of having to reinsert them once they die out provided you are using windows mobile. If you are using android then the battery stays at 15% for a very long time and entirely discarges. I hope this helps you.:)
