voice dial problem

My voice dial using a BT Jawbone ear piece is no longer working. It still works if it's done from the Kaiser though. The ear piece works in any other ways, it just does not get the beep to initiate the voice call pressing the call button.
The problem started after I have installed the Kaiser tweaks. I deleted the tweaks files but made no difference. Soft resets did not work either. An hard reset would probably work but it involves loosing a lot of stuff that I have installed. After the Kaiser tweaks I have also noticed that the icons of the battery and signal strenght often disappear.
Any help is much appreciated
