If you get the security privacy update failed and cannot connect to the server, check the apps you have and uninstall the ones that could stop any other app's processes or services. Here is a quick solution:
1. Uninstall the app that ceases to function like Whatsapp, Twitter... etc).
2. Uninstall the apps that manage RAM or Control Processes like : "Task Manager".
3. Reboot your device.
4. Install fresh copy of Whatsapp or Twitter (or the app that previously had the issue).
5. Reboot again.
Now the Security Privacy Issue icon should disappear from the top bar.
You can live happy with Enforcing if you don't plan to root the device, otherwise you have to wait for a workaround or solution for that in XDA.
Surely, the latest update did nothing but to turn SELinux to Enforcing. This was a lesson to all of you and me too and all people who accept the licenses and updates without reading and doing their own research
