Google Wallet/HCE Working on 4.4.2?

Does anyone know if HCE is enabled and working on the update that just came out for the XZ? and, if so, how about tap and pay working with Google wallet?

EDIT: Could someone with the 4.4.2 update installed use this app to see if HCE is enabled? It would be really appreciated.
