cwm is not see sdcard!! help me pls...

ı was trying to install the cyanogenmod 11 but happened an unexpected error...ı can not see the sd card while in cwm mod...also the phone is not openening...phone is Galaxy S i9000...if ı see the sd card ı can install the cm 11 or another cm...ı need help pls...is this bug can fix?

I don't know if you can format your card from cwm, search under mount settings.Another method can be Odin.Install Gingerbread and all the way up to kitkat.
