I had the same problem.

Try flashing .62 baseband and re-install the rom.

PS
The rom is the fastest ive ever seen. But it uses too much battery rather than Ka07 rom.

So, I installed it yesterday, but for me, it's unfortunately not working at all, because:
I have no soundnotifications, doesn't matter what volume
ChompsSMS doesn't start (had that problem with diffrent roms...)
I overclocked to 1,6GHz (like the past half year) but it's extrem slowly, and I started minimum twice...
Swype lags extremly. Two words work and then I won't work for some seconds...

I hope this feedback helps a little bit. I'll return to CM7 or 9, idk yet.

Most of these time stranges issues can be resolved by a full Wipe (Factory Reset, Wipe cache and Wipe dalvik cache) and Flash Baseband 64.

Evolution of smartphones will always be true, so, I'm just here to thank you for your spent hours developing roms. nice work mate.

The only sad thing (and it's for all developers), is that Xperia S hit the market before the final version of ICS, so ARC/ARC S will be forgotten a bit.

I hope that some developers hold their ARC's when the final version of ICS be available. :p

Thanks for your kind words. I'm sorry I had to sell my Arc to get One X. You heard Sony has delayed ICS launch.

Thanks mate ... But most of the developers will stay here as well like FXP Team will be here, DoomLord will be here since our community donated the device, Achotjan will be here and T.E.A.M will be here. Arc is a marvelous device, most of the won't give up soon. Well hope you guys have a good time with Arc.

Just wanted to report something:

After coming from an ICS ROM (Hybrid) I installed DoomKernel v22 and this ROM (v8).
First of all, I figured out that v6 had to be installed as first and afterwards v7 and at then v8 (installing v8 alone let my phone behave strange = homebutton not responding and no lock-screen).

Anyway, after installing all versions I also decided to install baseband -36 with the -36 libs. Afterwards my phone got laggy... it constantly needed a reboot or otherwise it got slower and slower (bad memory managment?).

I had to downgrade to Doomkernel v19 and upgraded to baseband -64 and reinstalled (only) v8.

I'm not sure what caused the performance impact on my phone... maybe it was Doomkernel v22 or maybe it was the baseband thing... or maybe it was a combination of it????

Anyway, now the phone feels fast and snappy! Great ROM!! Many thanks!!! :D:D

Can I use SuperCharger on this ROM (v8.0)? I saw in the build.prob already some supercharger-parameters and was wondering if by applying the supercharger script I would run into risk of getting some conflichts? Anyone already tried this? Any benefits?
