Factory reset
Your guna have 2 factory reset ur fone
1.turn off fone
2.Simultaneously click volume down and power button
3.(use home button & volume keys to navigate) scroll down 2 factory reset and click home button
4.wait 4 fone 2 restart!
Note u will lose all data e.g. (photos,videos,contacts,games e.t.c)
