How to theme your Tablet!

Search This thread
Hi,

I noticed that there ain't any themes for this tablet so here is an easy way to theme your tablet.
And of course you will need to be rooted to do this.
Also use common sense when messing around the modules. If you end up in boot loops from wrongly setting up the modules then there is always a Xposed disabler zip file in the root of our sdcard that you will have to flash in recovery to remove the bootloops.

  1. First Install Xposed app.
  2. Second Install xTheme Engine.
  3. Here is a collection of xThemes i have collected and uploaded in one place to easier access them.
  4. Fourth if you want to further mod you Tablet then try the modules here.
The Xposed Framework and xTheme Engine works on all roms. The themes will only do basic theming so do not expect to move mountains with it.

Happy Theming :p

I was wondering if you had any pics of the specific themes. Would help a lot to see which ones would suit my taste.

Sorry i dont have that as i dont use this at the moment.
I got a Note 3 and there are some awesome themes for that but i am ether gonna buy a Note 10.1 or a Note 8 tablet and was browsing the forums to see what roms was available and noticed you guys don't have any themes.
So i just made a post but when i get my tablet i will be posting the screens of the themes i try out.

If you try any of the themes then you could help the community by uploading some screen shots for others to see :)

it works fine although not all themes are fully supported. I'm using Royal Elegance and i like it.
Here is the xtheme engine Beta 5 apk in case you can't get it from the OP. Hf :)

Oh man I can't wait :)
I just ordered my Note 10.1 4G 2014 and it will be here in a week or so.
Once I receive my Note 10.1 I will try out all the themes and delete those not compatible with this device.

If I get the time I will make as many screen shots of the themes I try out.
Please if you guys can do the same and upload your screen shots of the themes you try then you will help out the community.

Screenshots

I am a bit disappointed or maybe I did something wrong? I tried royal theme and miui sony theme and the only thing that changed was wifi icons and some stuff in the notification are. If anyone knows some full themes that would be great. Screenshots attached, first two are royal elegance and the last one is sony miui. I only took screen shots of what was themed because nothing else changed for me

I would suggest The guy who did True Icon (keygenSVK)

http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2286137) I believe gave up on it at 4.2.2

There is a post later that had this Link hidden...

https://www.dropbox.com/s/k7wttxi31jxl8jv/trueicon1.01-Updated-for-Omega-Roms.zip

There was someone that Ported that specific Theme to 4.3 OMEGA Rom. I've Personally Flashed it but only a few things changed, mainly App Icons. Nothing on status Bar Changed which is what Iooking for.

I've Used Wanam Exposed to change Colors at least.

I'm using the DeNITE! Blue Leather Theme, it adds the right amount of "uniqueness" in the notification panel.

They look stock. I like the leather notification bar, compliments the back of the Note 10.1 nicely (mine is black).
