Default Titanium backup update failed: not enough free space???

I dunno what's the problem, the titanium backup update wont install. It is downloaded but at the end of he installation it says there is not enough free space.
But I've still 6Gb of free space! Do you know what's going on?

HTC Sensation - Rom: ViperS 1.6.3 - Kernel: Faux 010b2

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 GT-P7310 - StockRom_PRO V7.0 ICS

If you aren't rooted that might be why. Must have root.

Default fix:

Go to data/app folder using root explorer and delete
