Hi,

is there any chance to get a fastboot file for the KitKat Retail GER/UK?

My phone is bricked because of the KitKat OTA and I don't want to loose the warranty, cause it's a new phone.
I don't even have a JB Fastboot since all server are down

Hey guys,

I'm trying to fix a XT925 but always get the following error:

"Downgraded security version;
Update gpt_main failed;
Preflash Validation failed for GPT. "

I know thats because im trying to install (via rsd6.1.5) the wrong firmware version, but i've already tried several and cant find the right one. The phone isnt rooted and its current version is 10.9B (sha-07671a2, 2014-07-29). Anyone knows what is the firmware version i should be trying to install?
