I have the dark dialer as well, but luckily I backed up the files you are looking for. I'm zipping them and uploading them right now. Give me a few minutes and I'll post the link.

Just so you're aware a root method hasn't been found for ML2 yet so if you use SafeStrap at all I would avoid it.
