[Q] How to KEEP programs closed after you close them?

I've noticed that Google+ , for instance, decided to open up again after you shut it down. Battery Doctor is a free app that closes programs and optimizes your android, but I wish it was capable of making sure that they STAY closed.

There is a very popular App Greenify to make sure they remain closed.

Freeze in Titanium Backup Will Also do
