What do after installing busybox (smart install)? how do i execute the sudo ./adb commands?

is there a point of installing busybox if I use Windows 7?? I'm getting the feeling that this is only useful for people running linux??

I Stupidly formatted the sdcard already into Fat32 and then into Exfat (I think it was exfat4 before the apocalypse), Is there a point in trying to recover the card there? I already used disk digger on pc to try to recover what I could. in other words, Am I just wasting my time trying to recover the card using http://unlimited.io/jbtroubleshooting.htm#recovery ?????

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ANY HELP!!

NVM I tried it it's hopeless. Busybox adds the command "busybox" from adb on your command prompt
