Hello. I am using xperia z ultra. After updating to Android KitKat 4.4.2, there is error occurred. My android not able to scan any media files on the phone. When I open the Gallery, it says "There are no items in your collection". Same goes to the Walkman. I have checked there are no any .nomedia files on my android. I need help... TQ.
