[Q] WCDMA/3G is not working in HTC Chacha

Dear All

I m having some problem with my new htc chacha,WCDMA/3G is not working in it,when ever i select WCDMA or Auto GSM/WCDMA there is no network on my mobie,dont know the reason behind.
Before HTC Chacha i was having Galaxy Pro & 3g in working on that mobile

can somebody help me out in dis.....

Using custom ROM? Flashed new radio? S-OFF? What have you changed?

It's easier for others to try and figure what your problem is.. Stating that you have a problem and it worked on your Samsung won't help anyone...

m using stock rom android 2.3.5

any fix?

most network operators have locked their 3g/wcdma bands in India as people have been getting 3g speeds on a 2g pack, and you get network in 3g/wcdma mode only if you have subscribed for a 3g pack. if you have subscribed, call the customer care and ask if something is wrong. Try the same with your galaxy pro and check if you are still getting network. if yes then some issue with the device, else the phone is just fine.
