i haven't and don't know how. but try an app called maluuba. it's pretty slick and does things that google now does.
pemergency, how do i install your clockworkmod rom? I try to read the steps in the thread but I'm sorta slow. please help permergency i have the USA 8gig no 3g version. will your custom rom work for mine and is there any funky issues?
how about jelly bean on this tablet?
I think you and I are going to be waiting for a little while for someone to develop a ROM lol
lol. it reminds me the time i was one of the early adopters to the galaxy exhibit ii 4g. it had no roms and no development. a year later, it has the latest jelly bean and CWM and overclock kernels and now has a thriving dev community on xda.
I'm contacting some xda developer friends to convince them to buy the lenovo a2107 so they can start developing for it. lol. my guess is within 6 months we will have some custom roms and kernels. the MTK6575 A9 processor can be overclocked to 3 ghz i believe. imagine that! this tablet has so much potential for the $149 price tag.
yea i hear you. If this tablet gets jelly bean 4.1 stock rom and an overclock kernel say to 1.5mhz or something, i'd be thrilled! 4.1 is much better than 4.0. maybe lenovo will send out an update in a few months.
I would have loved to see this tab succeed but I don't think its going to. i think its orphaned already. Lenovo in usa seem oblivious, pushing instead a lousier A1 thing. still, I'd love to see one of you or someone else do a Thorough youtube review with plenty of technical info - how does it perform. it suffers from the same ugly shortcomings all cortex a9 SoC's do [except one] in that the devs cannot get to the hardware to make it perform in video/audio decoding in hardware ... secondly it lacks a 720p minimum display.
I doubt seriously it will sell well should you want to dump on ebay after a few months.
i hope I'm wrong.
the big brother a2109 seems to be the more loved, despite its bulk and a very pedestrian display - its got the right feature set and soc...
Finally it happend, NEW CUSTOM ROM (CWM Backup Mode) made by me.

I spend nearly whole week to build this customisation, so I decide to ask you guys for some support for my work. So if you like the job I done so far and want to see a new improvements in a future including a Jelly Bean on Lenovo A2107A-H please support me. In this case I made a auction on a EBAY for this modiffication and it will cost just a £5. Please respect my work and don't distribute my mod behind my back. If you not agreed with this, I waiting for your coments guys. Thank you.
