Yes there is some from down initiative about release camera driver by Oppo but no actual comparison.

There was a partial comparison done by myself. That was enough work of itself, having to flash a new ROM each time whilst in the same lighting conditions is a lot of work.
If you'd really like one there's nothing stopping you trying
