For what it's worth I'd absolutely love to see your patches, cleaned up or not. I've got some other old 128Mb Android devices and I'm absolutely amazed that you can load Gingerbread in this memory footprint. Would love to try and port some of it, maybe collaborate.
Probably the easiest way for you to publish & host would probably be to get a free github account and fork the Cyanogenmod git repositories that you've changed, then push changes to those.
Plus if you share then other people might be able to come up with some suggestions or ideas for slimming down, give some new perspective.
