My recommendation would be to completely unroot with SuperSU's respective function, then flash the OTA update again. It should still be in /cache .
Then reroot by flashing either Superuser by ClockworkMod or SuperSU.
Did exactly that, no luck.
Update: Got it! I had modded soft keys... Well I have the updated SuperSU v1.55 and root. Downloading the jwr66y update file, it led me to Flashify where I used twrp to install it, and voila!
Scratch that, lost root and recovery. I have an android with a red exclamation mark. Is that the price to pay?
