They don't do expirementals in ROM manager, just nightlies and full builds. Unless there's a new RC then don't even mess with experimentals, if you really want you can download from your phones browser.

Hope you don't get banned for posting a non-development related thread in the developers forum.

Just download it from the site. I don't see why you would want experimental builds anyways, they're outdated right now, the last RC was released in June of 2011. Just flash nightlies.
