[Q] Nexus 7 Toolkit 5 Backup/Restore
Ok, so basically I had to flash stock rom 4.2.1 on to my Nexus 7, so before I done it I backup up using the Toolkit, option 2. Backup/Restore Device, I chose all apps, no system apps, here is the file name backup-all-nosystem-apk-shared-201309251042.bak
I flashed rom, enabled usb debugging, used the option 8. 1-Click For All (unlock, root, rename, custom recovery, busybox - fastboot mode)
All went perfectly.
I then went to restore the backup, it all appears to go fine, it asks for file name, says it's found, says confirm on the device, the screen on my tablet comes up asking to restore or don't restore, and asks for password (I didn't encrypt), I press restore and this is where is falls apart.
I get a little message saying "Resoration starting" then 2 secs later "Restoration ended", and that's it, nothing more happens.
I also tried flashing to the latest version 4.2.2, same thing, I am now currently back on 4.2.1 as I described above.
Thanks for reading, any and all help would be very appreciated.
