Just get this message from HTC support :
"Since, in the end of the day, you are HTC user and customer let me try and re-examine your issue and possibly try to find solution. I see that this case has gone too far for you and you are extremely dissatisfied. Let me one more time contact service centre and ask them if they can provide replacement or if they can influence Vivacom to do so. Mr. Lyubomir, I am really sorry for everything it is happening and I will do my best to finally resolve this. Please give me couple of days to check what can be done and hopefully we will reach satisfactory solution for all parties involved. As I said in the beginning, you are HTC customer and user and as such you should receive full support from our side. Once again, I am really sorry for the inconvenience and I will inform you as soon as I receive any feedback regarding your case.
