Worked wonderfully

Great job developer! nice ROM overall, only a few known bugs(bluetooth not working, camera bugged...) Can use it fluently at least. Liked this rom, will be using it.

flashing zip failed (twrp)

Hi guys,

Nice to see cm12 developing for lotus :) Great work. but unfortunately for me...
After skipping md5 check it says:
ApplyParsedPerms: lsetfilecon of /system/lost+found to u: object_r:system_file:s0 failed: Operation not supported on transport endpoint set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed
(in red) E: Error exexuting updater binary in zip '/sdcard/cm-12-20150128-UNOFFICIAL-lotus.zip'.

PS: I flashed with twrp v2.8.4.0. Do I need to flash (new)boot.img?

Any Updates?

I'm really Grateful to your hard work for porting cm12 to lotus.......I appreciate it....
but since it contains many bugs and is not suitable for daily use,are you @[HardLight] working on it to release next builds with fixes?

yes. got the same problem with kernel of cm11. You need to flash the cm12 boot.img first. Install takes long time but it will success

Thanks It worked for me! After install I found it a bit laggy including bugs like: app overview was glitched, email app was not signing in, also notifications on lockscreen was bugged (I guess in general notification and lockscreen was not working properly) and known bugs like video recording and BT..

Unless I rebooted !! It solved all the problems.. except camera (Video) and BT. No soft reboots and lags. The ROM works pretty much perfect for me (maybe because my app use is very limited). I dont use FB messenger like apps which drain battery as well as consume significant RAM. Currently I have upto 160 MB free which is really better than I expected. I think the only problem is battery draining faster than cm 11 (I think its too early to say this as its only 6 hours since I installed it).

But overall I am satisfied and I am keeping it for daily use. :)

For all devs: GREAT JOB GUYS!! NEVER EXPECTED CM12 on lotus. My eager wait since 5.0 release is ended at last. Keep it up! :good:

I am in love with this ROM :p

no sim card detected

Hi guys!
I have flashed the boot.img file, wiped everything and have installed a couple of time the last build but still remains the message that there is no sim card...
I really want to try the rom, and learn how to create logcats for the developers but... What step am I missing?

When do you get this message exactly? If you get it after the rom boots up then ignore it. It detects sim card after you finish the startup.

Cheers,

Works very great.!

...except WLAN , nearly everything's alright.

It's very fluid, Bluetooth DOES work, NO REBOOTS AT ALL (!!) and I have an ST-27i...
Tried the build-in kernel first, but then switched to this one: http://xdaforums.com/google-nexus-5/orig-development/l-kernel-hybrid-1-0-t2918578 --> that one also works well.

Just awesome, can't wait for Updates!:good:

(Excuse me if I've written something wrong, I'm new in here... :))

Lock Screen!

Hi guys ! after surfing in cm 12 found some errors such as : Lockscreen ! no way to edit or change it !!
Developer Options : One way to enter to that part !! ( When connected to a PC or laptop it shows USB Debugging - by that )
Transparent notification Bar and status bar !! ( can be solved by Xblast tools ) but no working Xposed installer for 21 SDK
Music player key's layout
more errors are coming !!!! LOL:cyclops::cyclops::cyclops::cyclops:

Working smooth since 2 days :)

lol, after reading your first comment. i'm about to flash it my xperia go. maybe i'll wait for the less bugs one.

I think the soft boot loop problem came after i played the android lolli game. i flashed it again and working pretty smooth since 2 days. Posting some screenshots. Everything works EXCEPT:
> Theme options other than style, (lockscreen wallpaper etc.),
> BT
> Camera (Only video recording)
> Browser sign in loop
> and you tell if you find.....

I recommend to flash it for daily use if you can survive without these bugs...

Awesome work guys! Cheers to all devs,

Can't wait for updates :p

PS: It seems that I cannot post screenshots here... I am a new member.

Small Correction: BT is working except the lockscreen permission bug. (at least transfers successfully) :)

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 5.1 (Lollipop), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:
    #include
    /*
    * Your warranty is now void.
    *
    * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.
