Reset Binary counter

So is anybody know is it working ,or can someone make better tutorial cuz I don't know how to use adb and I don't wanna play with it .

Just the fact that you need a counter reset, but almost sound unwilling to learn adb makes me wonder..

I dont wanna try this cuz it can break my phone and I'm not expert about android so better for my phone that I dont do this
