I have no idea what happened. Notifications (like SMS emails apps etc) are no longer active/audible nor selectable or clickable. Third-party notification apps like IntelliRing do nothing. I restored all frozen applications with Titanium Backup Pro but nothing happens.
What do?
PS: The only application with many permissions recently used was Fences (now uninstalled).
