the newest version already installed ( 4.0.3 ics) and build.prop was changed to origin numbers everything was clearly match for my origin rom
PCC must not be warn an update for ICS because I have already installed with correct build.prop hack

I installed this ROM on my NEO and it is good but there is issue with the memory. The free RAM after installing some apps comes down to 98 MB or even less. I had to revert back to Stock .42.
Any solution how to resolve this? I did this while I had a locked bootloader and I have finally unlocked it today (I hope).

This is MT15a ICS 4.0.4 (4.1.B.0431) ftf (SI : 1246-7713).I made it using Flashtool and blob_fs files (SUS).
It's a Telstra branded ROM and has different Junk Apps (Like Mcafee security suite, Telstra ONE ,...etc)

Hi guys, as you know there's a littlebit of lag on home screen and it can be "solved" using Xperia S launcher right?So I install Xperia S launcher (as a normal apk) and it runs smooth and everything ok but if restart the phone it gets back to the laggy ICS home apk and I have to reinstall the Xperia S one again! .. How to solve this? Thanks.

To root ur phone on ics follow the steps given by DooMLoRD here
CWM
install CWM FROM here
To get ics of your region, first downgrade to gb and after that connect to pc comppanion and upgrade
This is how to downgrade
1)- needed flashtool version 0.6.9.1 - download here and install it
Run flashtool.exe> Go to C:/ Drive > flashtool > firmwares > delete everything present and exit
2) download rom
Neo V - GB ROM
3) copy the rom to firmwares folder of flashtool
4) run flashtool> click on the flashing icon ( left side below "file" option) --
Select flashmode > ok
5) left side you must see your firmware name and content ,, on the right side mark boxes as
6)Wait for it to prepare and it will ask you to connect your mobile, follow the steps carefully and connect flashing will begin and flash
after finishing, switch on your moobile and connect to pc companion and just update,,, it will install the software of your region

2.Copy the ftf file to firmware folder in flashtool
3.How to use flash tool . Flash with flash tool
4.Boot the phone.
