[Q] Sim unlock - i9505

hi all, i cant unlock my i9505 i'v already tried THIS METOD and i cant enter the servicemode (after "key input" it happens nothing) i tried with google and found an answer like i should change somekind of modem and there is no "modem version" available for my model, dnt know what to do? please help

my phone is rooted,

Your firmware is too recent to get that method to work.

Have you tried asking your carrier for an unlock code?

Or else you can google "unlock S4" and buy an unlock code online.

i tried to contact them but they are retards,

Can anyone give me a secure site to buy a unlock code, because there are many sites and i dont know what site is the safest , thanks
