Best keyboard layout?

Just curious to see what you all think is the best keyboard layout for mobile, touch type, Swype, and the best for one handed type/Swype.

I prefer Dvorak on touch and qwerty on swpe

I only know one friend who uses Dvorak on his PC, and he actually likes it. For mobiles, actually I prefer a qwerty layout. If I need to ask someone to type something on my phone, using a different layout can be quite confusing.
