A lot of changes, such as better systemUI (statusbar) and framework-res, settings, new applications (camera, weather app and etc.), iOS alarms, notitfication, rigntones, iOS bootanimation, better launcher...

@BohdosCZ I'm curious, what fonts are you using? Is it the old DroidSans? Because iOS is using MyriadPro and it would look much better on the light iOS interface.

Why don't you just make a patch for myriadpro fonts ..it hardly takes anything.
