I'm sorry but I'm not maintaining this anymore. If Asus decides our tablets won't get any further updates I'll create one last compatibility pack. But I'm not sure it'll be compatible with Jelly Bean or Key Lime Pie.

Thanks for info, I hope the new compatibility pack that you'll be creating will be compatible with Jelly Bean :fingers-crossed: (and I do hope Asus will provide new updates too) :)

MyNET force close...solved

Just for info guys, for those who encountered problem on MyNet Application after upgrading to Revolver ICS 4.1.1, I have found the right backup and now i'm smoothly using it without error ( force close). I like this app because of sharing media through DLNA!

regards!!!:D

rotate screen and left speaker not working cm9 rc2

I'm super thankful for all the work you've put into this so far.

I would just like to report that on the cyanogenmod 9 rc2

In fact any ICS rom I've tried so far on my sl101 slider, flashing this slider compatibility pack seems to have no effect at all.

The left speaker still won't work and autorotate only works when the keyboard is slid out. When I put the keyboard in then autorotare stoops working , should be the opposite I think.

Anyways, wish I knew enough to help out.

If you do make an update, much appreciated.

Let me know if I can provide anymore info.

Thanks again.

This Compatibility Pack is for ICS firmwares.
Yes, I know, but on first page the author says: «Don't use this with Honeycomb ROMS», and during the thread we have discussed about the possibility of creating another pack for Jelly Bean. So that kind of test was not completely out of logic.
Read the OP's post a few up for yours.
Er... sorry, I am not native english-speaker: what does «OP's post» mean? «Operator's post, maybe?»
Thanks.

OP can mean different things. In this case, I used it to mean "Original Poster" or the person who created the thread. It can also stand for "Opening Post".

But yes, unfortunately this is not compatible with Jelly Bean ROMs, as it has not been updated since Android 4.1 was released, plus Asus hasn't released it for our device officially so there is no source.

Taking a look at this...
I don't have a slider so can someone tell me if any of the regular tf101 jb roms work at all?
and what the issues are if they do flash?

Yes the cm10 nightlies are working for your tablet but read first for the issues people are seeing if any. We are having issues with our sliders because for some reason jelly bean doesn't like our keyboard and our camera (works upside down) with no fix yet.

    Hi

This is a compatibility package for the Asus EEE Pad Slider SL101. It should be flashed with CWM on top of an ICS ROM that is compatible with the TF101.

    Confirmed working!

If it fails, don't panic. Just flash the ICS ROM you were using again. If this is your first custom ROM on the Slider you should be able to go back to stock.

Don't use this with Honeycomb ROMS. If this one works I'll create another one for Honeycomb but I think someone already made one.

It should work perfectly with CM 9 and AOKP.

NB: the official update zip on the Asus website for the TF101 is fully compatible with the SL101.

    Changelog:
    v1.3: replaced updater binary
    v1.2: replaced corrupt zip
    v1.1: fixed updater script
v1.0: initial release (based on V9.2.1.17)

    Features
Most of the TF101 ICS ROMS will work with the Slider without this but these files change some device specific settings:
-sound should be better (both speaker & headphones)
    -battery life should be better
    -support for more keyboards

indeed, please somebody make jb for sl101

please make a jelly bean 4.2.1 patch

I may not understand the purpose of this, but this package contains 100% the same files as ICS update for TF101. So what is "SL101" compatible here? Every ICS TF101 based ROM have already those files.

Or maybe it's only for CM?
