May want to add that if you do decide to go to KVT49L, you may be limiting yourself from future OTA since your unit will be considered a "Verizon" unit per say and "may" be skipped when a new released get pushed OTA.

False. If they were going to delay updates, they would do it by SIM card, not by build number.

Android 4.4.3/KTU48F is rolling out starting today. If anyone gets the OTA link for either the WiFI-only (razor) or 3G (razorg) model, please post the filename here. You guys know the drill by now.

Factory images for KTU84L are already out for razor, but not razorg yet: Factory Images "razor" for Nexus 7 [2013] (Wi-Fi)
We still need someone to find the ota files for them though (assuming I don't get them before someone else does)

Looks like we're still waiting on the OTA link for the 2013 Nexus 7. If anyone gets it, please post the filename here. Thanks!
Also, note, for some reason, Google has not issued any factory images or OTAs for the LTE model (deb). So far, this update only applies to WiFi. I imagine we'll see the LTE updates coming soon. When we LTE owners do get the update, I've got the KVT49L (Verizon) -> KTU84L update covered, but we're going to need someone to nab the KOT49H -> KTU84L OTA link as well.

Have you deleted Google Play Books? Any system app deleted should break the OTA.
I updated after uninstalling xposed but soon found a few fav apps were not yet compatible. I'm now back on 4.4.2 for a while till everyone catches up. LOL

I've heard MX Player is not yet compatible with 4.4.3. That's one of the biggest ones I'm waiting on since that's what I mainly use my N7 (2013) and N10 for watching videos. Not to mention, I want to make sure all my Xposed Framework modules are fully compatible as well.

Well, if you only deleted it you can extract books.apk from previous 4.2.2 factory image and put it in /system/app (with its correct permissions) before retry the OTA.
